Paul is a seasoned general  manager and company director, as well as being a CEDR-accredited mediator.  His working time is currently divided between mediation, a mobile data services start-up company and private investment activities.

He holds degrees in electronic engineering and law and his diverse career has developed from a technology/R&D background through market and business analysis, project management, business planning and finance to general management.  Paul has more than 15 years experience in electronics & telecoms (fixed and mobile, domestic and international) including European, start-up and rationalisation.  He has strong analytical, planning & control skills and is a solid “people person”, constructive self-starter and respected chairman.

Currently based in Suffolk, Paul has lived and worked in the UK, France and the Netherlands and travelled extensively around the world.  He speaks reasonable French, some Dutch and lots of other languages badly.

As a mediator, Paul's personal integrity, detachment and positive focus on the future, together with his real-life experience of complex problems in business and technology, quickly generates an atmosphere where parties believe that a solution is possible.
