Profile

Scilla has more than 20 years experience in public sector housing encompassing both housing management and also development (new building & rehabilitation) of schemes for rent or sale.  She was formerly chief executive of a Cambridge Housing Association and now spends part of her time adjudicating landlord/tenant/letting agent disputes on behalf of The Dispute Service. 

Scilla became a CEDR accredited mediator in 2001.  She has a particular interest in the charitable and voluntary sectors but has also mediated a wide range of commercial disputes.  Scilla works on a freelance basis.
