The Association of Cambridge Mediators provides high quality mediators to people and organisations across the whole of the UK who are involved in a dispute of any description, whether it is likely to go to court or not.

Our mediators are experienced, often experts in particular fields, and have been accredited as mediators by a recognised national awarding body.

Clients, or their representatives, can contact us at any point in the dispute process - at the outset (even if legal proceedings are not contemplated), right up to the trial date. We offer various types of mediation service including:

• resolution of disputes which are in, or likely to lead to, litigation;
• workplace mediation where relationships are adversely affecting productivity;
• project mediation to help customers and suppliers avoid disputes which may disrupt delivery of large-scale projects.

The Association also provides training to solicitors, managers and organisations wishing to understand more about the mediation process and to improve their skills in resolving conflict.

ACM is accredited by the Civil Mediation Council and is a registered Service Provider for the National Mediation Helpline. The Association is committed to high quality internal standards and continuing personal development of its members.
