Louisa's practice is as flexible as individuals and corporations are different. Sometimes, both call for a mediator to drive through a hard and fast financial settlement in which case Louisa uses techniques which often result in a settlement being reached during the course of 3-4 hours. In other cases the parties need more time and space to regain clarity about their current predicament which, due to the conflict has become foggy, uncertain and unmanageable. In all cases Louisa strives to help parties see the bigger picture and move on.
