Joined Few and Kester 1983. Head of Litigation 1988. Head of commercial Litigation 1993. Senior Partner 1998. Few & Kester successfully merged with Cunningham John July 2004. Retired as partner in March 2006 to concentrate on Mediation. Remains consultant. Wide experience of all types of commercial Litigation.

Qualified as Civil Mediator 1995, accredited 1997. Since then has mediated over 30 cases of all kinds. Success rate 85%, last 10 cases all concluded successfully. Particular success in complex and difficult disputes. Wide experience in negotiation and problem solving in other fields as school governor for 25 years and as trustee of charities.
